Pokemon Home - Pokemon Role Play


Welcome, visitor, to Pokemon Role Play! Thanks for deciding to take an interest in my little wiki here! This wetpaint was originally going to be somewhat of a photo sharing site in the beginning, but I had another idea. So I fixed it up a little, and it became an info sharing, role-playing Pokemon wetpaint! It was originally just a wild Pokemon role-play, but no one was coming, so I built it up a little, and added Trainers. The ideas kept coming from all of our helpful members, and we just kept getting bigger and bigger! The whole role-playing area of this site takes place in the Alto Region.

NOTE: There's quite a bit of explaining to do about our site staff.
Our creator, orangetail, quit this site after losing her interest in Pokémon RPing. However, she came back, and is now under the name of "95NekoGirl". The name "orangetail" no longer is valid. In her abscence, Riverpelt7 and Illussen were asked to fill in as the site leaders, but Illussen, currently in high school, has apparently been a little busy with school. Illussen's characters are being temporarily replaced until she hopefully returns, and is not currently really an active administrator. River was the one who stepped in as "site leader". No explanation is needed for our loyal moderators, Jolteon_Warrior and Chariffic. They have both earned their positions through devotion and activity on this site.

What You Can Do!

If being free in a large forest is for you, come join us in the Vast Forest! No humans ever come in here, and there are various types of environments for every Pokemon! So if you don’t want to be captured by humans, come here!

But if you’re a human, then come and join us Pokemon Trainers! There are eight cities total, all home to gym leaders that you can battle for badges. You can also challenge each other for fun!

But if being a Trainer isn’t flashy enough for you, then sign up to be a coordinator! There are contests held in each city, every few weeks. All of the coordinators are spectacular and amazing to watch! So come give it a try!

But if you’re too young to be a Trainer or Coordinator (under 10), or think there’s more you need to know, come to the Pokemon Academy! We have classes for everything you need to know. You can be anywhere from 5 to 18 in order to register for class.

As soon as graduation day at the Academy arrives, there will be Pokemon Ranger bases in every other city. A Pokemon Mystery Dungeon type thing is being constructed, and clans are being thought about. Please visit orangetail’s profile for instructions on how to become anything listed above!

All is silent except for four people.
They have fought the slow, undeniable takeover of the ghosts. They have fought to keep their homelands alive. Yet they are failing.
Slowly, slowly, inexorably, the shadows grow deeper. They fall, one by one: they slump, then fall, then slowly fade into the ghost town that their home has become.
Only four remain. One is close to that fading.
The savior, the one who has always floated the homeland in the past, has vanished. She has left, she cannot be found. The force of the shadows is too strong. Two of the important figures, and several of the people of the homeland have been taken by the shadows as well.
The savior will return. And when she does, the homeland will rise again, good as any nation, and twice as strong for its suffering.
Only our thoughts, our dreams, our memories, keep her tethered to the homeland, and out of the irresistible pull of the shadows. She is nearly gone, but we will keep her close, stop her from fading out into shadow as well.
The time is hopeless, dreary, dark. But we will rise again. It is a hopeless cause, but there must be hope, for we cannot live without it.
She will come back. It's a hard thing to believe- nearly impossible- endlessly tiring and draining for the soul, the belief is too much for any mortal spirit to bear.
Yet I believe it.
